Returns

Would you like to return the products you ordered on moji-family.com? No problem – you can send your order back to us within 14 days. The return is free of charge for you if you use a personalised return label provided by us.

Which items can be returned?

  • Items ordered on moji-family.com
  • The items must be complete (with accessories and instructions), originally packaged, and in their original condition
  • If your order contains a gift or a promotional item, these must also be returned


How does the return process work?

  • If you haven't created a customer account, simply click on the following link:
    https://moji-family.com/en/dvsn/return-shipment
    Here, you can initiate a return by providing your order number and your email address.
  • As a registered user, you can easily create a return in your customer account. To do this, go to the „Orders“section in your account. There you will find the "Return" button under the respective order you wish to return.
  • Note: Please note that a separate return must be created for each product that you have received in a separate parcel. This means that if you have received several items in different parcels and would like to return them, you will need a separate return for each item. Only one return label is created for each return.
  • If you are missing a returns label, please contact service@moji-family.com with your order number. We will then send you a return label.
